Botanic Description
Eng: - Fern with 1 or 2 sterile leaves.
-Size of fern varies from 2 to 10 cm.
-Has slender, fibrous rhizome with remains of leaves fragments.
-Spikes at the top are long-peduncled.
-Fruiting occurs in spring.
- Could be extinct, not reported by Tohmé et Tohmé.
Fr: -Fougère faisant 2 à 10 cm de taille, avec 1 ou 2 feuilles stériles.
-Rhizome fibreux et grêle, avec débris foliaires.
-L'épi au sommet est longuement pédonculé.
-La fructification a lieu au printemps.
-Présumé éteint au Liban, non-retrouvé par Tohmé et Tohmé.
