CEPF is a joint initiative of l'Agence Française de Développement, Conservation International, the European Union, the Global Environment Facility, the Government of Japan, the MacArthur Foundation and the World Bank. it funded the project #63527 entitled “Determination of Important Areas for Plants and Creation of Micro-Reserves to Conserve Rare or Endemic Species in Lebanon.”
L’observatoire Libano- Francais de l’environnement O-Life has hosted Lebanon e-flora as one of its core projects as a national database for flora in Lebanon and a model to develop database for biodiversity in Lebanon.
Encyclopedia Of Life (EOL): Lebanon e-flora is an EOL content partner. EOL taxon pages provide links to the Lebanon e-flora of each featured object.
Jouzour Loubnan : data on seeds morphology, weight, dormancy as well as seeds germination protocols issued from Jouzour Loubnan laboratory for seeds germination and conservation are shared through Lebanon e-flora website « Seed Bank » section.
Lebanese Ministry of Environment : the MOE shares through its website, Biodiversity & Forests section the link to Lebanon e-flora website.
Tela Botanica and Lebanon e-flora have teamed up to provide contributors with an easy manageable tool to enter their plant information: "carnet en ligne".
CEPFEco-Med is a French engineering consulting firm giving applied expertise and advice relating to land and natural environment development. It hosts more than 70 naturalist experts in various compartments of Biodiveristy and almost 10 botanists. Eco-Med will provide photos of plants taken in Lebanon and will contribute in the scientific board of curators to the expertise of photos and identification.
